CircE NGO is a non-governmental organization dedicated to promoting sustainable practices and fostering social inclusion. Our work spans three key fields: Circular Economy, International Standards, and Social Engagement. By focusing on these areas, we aim to create a positive impact on the environment, society, and global cooperation.

Dr Karsten Xuereb lectures, researches and manages projects addressing cultural policy and relations in Europe and the Mediterranean at the University of Malta.

Riccardo Morganti holds a Master’s in Economics, Business & International Institutions attained at the SIOI in collaboration with the Italian Institute Foreign Trade (ICE) after a Master of Laws (Dottore in Giurisprudenza) degree.
